Service Description

Mathrix provides an online GCSE Mathematics learning platform featuring video lessons, practice questions, AI tutoring, progress tracking, and a coin reward system. Our services are designed for students preparing for GCSE Mathematics examinations.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Available Plans:

  • Free Trial: 3-day free access to all features
  • Monthly Plan: £59/month - Full access excluding coin rewards
  • Annual Plan: £399/year - Full access including coin reward system

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Money-Back Guarantee

Grade 8/9 Guarantee (Annual Plan Only)

We guarantee that students will achieve Grade 8 or 9 in their GCSE Mathematics exam, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Student must have completed ALL video lessons, practice questions, and assignments on the platform
  • Student must have achieved 80% or higher on all exam papers and topic-specific tests
  • Student must have attended at least 60% of daily livestream sessions during their subscription period
  • Student must have been subscribed for a minimum of 6 months before taking their GCSE exam

Refund Process:

  • Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of official GCSE results publication
  • Official exam results documentation must be provided
  • Platform completion records will be verified against our database
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Note: This guarantee applies only to the Annual Plan (£399/year) and covers the full subscription cost. External factors beyond our control (e.g., exam day illness, personal circumstances) are not covered.

Coin Reward System

Earning Structure:

  • 1 coin (10p value) per completed video lesson
  • 10 coins (£1 value) per completed exam paper
  • Bonus coins for consistent daily activity and challenge completion

Redemption Terms:

  • Minimum redemption: 100 coins (£10)
  • Payments processed monthly via bank transfer or PayPal
  • Parental approval required for students under 16
  • Fraudulent activity will result in coin forfeiture and account termination

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure
  • Use the platform solely for educational purposes
  • Not share account access with other users
  • Respect intellectual property rights of all content
  • Maintain appropriate conduct during livestream sessions
  • Report any technical issues or suspected fraudulent activity

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent educational services, Mathrix cannot guarantee specific exam results. Educational outcomes depend on many factors including individual effort, study habits, and external circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or educational outcomes beyond our direct control.
